Aerial Yoga

The fusion of circus arts and yoga makes Aerial Yoga a true passion for Monika. As both a dedicated yogi and a professional circus artist, she loves bringing these two worlds together. After completing her yoga teacher training in India, she continued to explore how movement, mindfulness, creativity, and play can complement one another—an exploration that naturally led her to Aerial Yoga.

The hammock offers people of all ages and fitness levels the opportunity to experience the joy and lightness of being suspended in the air—regardless of their previous experience, flexibility, or athletic background. Combining elements of yoga, aerial arts, strength, mobility, and relaxation, Aerial Yoga provides a playful and accessible practice for a wide range of participants.

In addition to teaching workshops, Monika also leads Aerial Yoga teacher trainings, supporting students in learning how to share this unique practice safely, confidently, and with joy. Everyone is welcome in Aerial Yoga—because sometimes all it takes is a hammock to shift your perspective and discover new possibilities.

Aerial Yoga
Workshops
for adults

Aerial Yoga combines the wisdom of yoga with the playful freedom of aerial arts. In her workshops, Monika creates a safe and welcoming space where participants of all experience levels can explore, grow, and discover new perspectives through movement.

As a yoga teacher, professional aerial artist, and experienced instructor, she blends technical expertise with a compassionate teaching style and a genuine love for sharing movement. Step by step, she guides students through strengthening exercises, flowing sequences, playful exploration, and moments of deep relaxation in the hammock. Classes are adapted to the needs of the group, ranging from a first introduction to the hammock to more advanced sequences and inversions.

One of Monika’s greatest priorities is helping every participant feel seen, supported, and comfortable. Going upside down or trying new movements can feel challenging, and it is completely okay to bring your fears and uncertainties into the practice. With clear guidance, extensive experience, and a calm, encouraging approach, she helps students build confidence in themselves and trust in the hammock.

Whether you are looking for relaxation, improved mobility, a new physical challenge, or simply the joy of floating, Aerial Yoga offers space for all of it—and so much more.

Aerial Yoga
Workshops
for Kids

Aerial Yoga for children combines movement, play, creativity, and relaxation in a unique and engaging way. Using the hammock, children can swing, climb, hang upside down, explore simple tricks, and discover the joy of movement through play.

As a mother, circus educator, yoga teacher, and professional performer, Monika brings many years of experience working with children. With warmth and sensitivity, she creates an environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore. Through playful activities, they naturally develop strength, coordination, balance, concentration, and body awareness—without pressure or competition.

At the same time, the hammock provides a cozy and calming space for rest and relaxation. After exciting movement adventures, many children enjoy curling up in the hammock, gently swinging, and slowing down. In this way, they learn to move naturally between activity and relaxation.

For many children, it is also a special experience to learn from a professional circus artist and discover the fascinating connection between yoga and aerial arts. The result is a workshop filled with joy, confidence, movement, and memorable moments of success.
