Acro Yoga / Partner Akrobatik
Acro Yoga Workshops
AcroYoga brings together movement, trust, communication, and community in a truly unique way. In her workshops, Monika creates a safe and supportive environment where people can learn, grow, and challenge themselves together—whether they are taking their very first steps in AcroYoga or have many years of experience.
With more than 20 years of teaching experience in circus and movement arts, Monika combines influences from AcroYoga, partner acrobatics, and Dutch Acro. Her teaching emphasizes solid technique, safe progressions, clear communication, and respectful collaboration. Safety is always a priority—not only in the physical practice, but also in the way participants support and interact with one another.
Having worked alongside a wide range of international teachers and communities, Monika brings diverse perspectives and teaching approaches into her classes. From playful introductions and foundational partner skills to washing machines, standing acrobatics, and creative flows, each workshop is adapted to the needs and experience of the group.
For Monika, AcroYoga is about much more than movement. It is a way to build connection, develop trust, and bring people from different backgrounds together. Because some of the most meaningful moments happen when we learn to support and uplift one another.

Family AcroYoga
Family AcroYoga brings together movement, play, connection, and shared adventures. In a world often filled with schedules and screens, it creates a space for genuine interaction between children and adults.
As both a mother and a professional circus artist, Monika knows how valuable quality time and shared experiences can be. For many children, it is also a unique and exciting opportunity to learn from a real circus performer and gain a glimpse into the fascinating world of acrobatics and circus arts.
Her Family AcroYoga workshops invite families to laugh, explore, and build trust through movement. Playful partner exercises, simple acrobatic skills, flying, balancing, and creative challenges help strengthen not only the body but also the bonds between family members.
The focus is not on performance or perfection. Instead, these workshops celebrate joy, connection, and the opportunity to experience one another in a new way. Activities are adapted to the ages and needs of the participants, making them accessible and enjoyable for young children, parents, grandparents, and other caregivers alike.
Family AcroYoga creates memories that last long after the workshop is over—filled with laughter, trust, and shared moments of success.
